Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of TravelsNooz flight booking services. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("traveler," "customer," or "you") and TravelsNooz, a marketing and advertising service provider operating on behalf of World's Travel LLC, an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14017953). By accessing the travelssnooz.com website or using our telephone booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, callers, and customers, whether you ultimately complete a booking or not. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice; continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on this page. These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2025.

2. Services Provided

TravelsNooz provides flight booking and travel assistance services exclusively through telephone interaction with live agents. We do not offer an online self-service booking engine. All reservations, ticket purchases, modifications, upgrades, and cancellations are processed by our agents on your behalf using professional GDS booking systems, with all ticketing issued through World's Travel LLC.

Our services include the following:

  • Flight Booking: Searching, comparing, and booking domestic and international airline tickets across all major carriers.
  • Reservations: Creating and managing Passenger Name Records (PNRs) with confirmed seat assignments and itinerary documentation.
  • Flight Changes: Modifying existing bookings including date changes, route changes, and passenger name corrections subject to airline fare rules.
  • Seat Upgrades: Requesting cabin upgrades through paid co-pays, miles redemptions, upgrade certificates, or last-minute inventory access.
  • Cancellations: Processing ticket cancellations and pursuing refunds, travel credits, or fee waivers on your behalf in accordance with applicable airline policies and DOT regulations.

3. Booking & Confirmation Process

When you call TravelsNooz to book a flight, our agent will search available inventory across relevant carriers and present you with fare options. Before any ticket is issued, your agent will verbally confirm all itinerary details โ€” including passenger names, travel dates, flight numbers, departure and arrival airports, and total price including all applicable fees โ€” and obtain your explicit verbal approval.

Upon your approval and payment authorization, a Passenger Name Record (PNR) will be created in the airline's GDS system and an e-ticket will be issued and sent to the email address you provide. It is your sole responsibility to verify that all information on the booking confirmation โ€” particularly the passenger name โ€” exactly matches the government-issued photo ID or passport that will be presented at check-in. Airlines do not permit travel when ID names and ticket names do not match, and corrections may incur change fees or require full ticket reissuance. Contact us immediately upon receiving your confirmation if any discrepancy is identified.

4. Pricing, Payments & Service Fees

All prices quoted by our agents include the base airfare, government taxes, and airline-imposed carrier surcharges as displayed in our GDS system at the time of search. TravelsNooz also charges a separate agency service fee for booking assistance, which covers the expertise and time of our agents in sourcing, booking, and managing your reservation. This service fee is always disclosed verbally before you authorize payment โ€” you will never be charged a service fee without prior notice and your explicit approval.

We accept the following forms of payment for telephone bookings: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By providing your card information, you authorize us to charge the total agreed amount including airfare and applicable service fees. Airline fare prices are live and subject to change between search and ticketing; the confirmed price is the price in effect at the moment your ticket is issued and payment is captured.

5. Fare Availability & Airline Rules

All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight prices change dynamically based on demand, inventory, and airline yield management systems. A fare quoted during an initial inquiry is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued and payment is confirmed. We search across all available fare classes within our GDS access; however, we make no representation that we have access to every possible promotional or private fare offered by any airline.

Airline fare rules govern the conditions of your ticket, including but not limited to: restrictions on changes and cancellations, advance purchase requirements, minimum and maximum stay provisions, blackout dates, non-refundability conditions, and routing rules. These fare rules are set entirely by the airline and are binding on the passenger regardless of any representations made by third-party booking channels. Our agents will explain applicable fare conditions before issuing your ticket, but it remains your responsibility to understand the restrictions associated with any fare you purchase.

6. DOT 24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, you have the right to cancel any airline ticket for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the scheduled departure date is at least 7 days (168 hours) away at the time of cancellation. This right applies regardless of whether your ticket is marked "non-refundable." To exercise this right, you must contact us immediately at (866) 475-3414 โ€” time is critical and every minute counts. Requests made after the 24-hour window has elapsed are not eligible for this refund right, and the ticket's standard fare rules will apply.

7. Changes & Modifications

To request any modification to an existing booking โ€” including date changes, destination changes, passenger name corrections, or seat reassignments โ€” you must contact TravelsNooz directly by calling (866) 475-3414. Changes cannot be processed via email or website form. All modifications are subject to the fare rules of your specific ticket, which may include airline-imposed change fees and any applicable fare difference between your original ticket and the new itinerary.

In addition to any airline change fees, TravelsNooz charges an agency assistance fee for processing booking modifications. This fee covers agent time spent contacting the airline, navigating GDS modification systems, and issuing revised documentation. The total cost of any change โ€” including airline fees, fare differences, and our agency fee โ€” will be quoted and confirmed with you verbally before any modification is processed. We will never process a change without your explicit approval of the total cost.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules of your specific ticket, which are set by the airline โ€” not by TravelsNooz. Refundable tickets are eligible for a full cash refund to the original payment method, processed by TravelsNooz on your behalf and subject to the airline's processing timeline (typically 7โ€“20 business days). Non-refundable tickets are generally eligible for a travel credit redeemable for future flights on the same carrier, minus any applicable airline cancellation fees.

In cases of airline-initiated cancellations or significant schedule changes, DOT regulations require the airline to offer a full cash refund regardless of ticket type. TravelsNooz will pursue this refund on your behalf and monitor the return to your original payment method. Our agency service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it is earned at the time services are rendered โ€” whether a booking, modification, or cancellation process is completed. 9. Traveler Responsibilities

By completing a booking through TravelsNooz, you assume full responsibility for the following:

  • Valid Travel Documents: Ensuring that all travelers have valid government-issued photo ID for domestic flights, or a valid unexpired passport for international travel, with expiration dates that meet destination country and airline requirements (typically 6 months beyond the return date).
  • Name Accuracy: Confirming that the name provided at booking exactly matches the name on the travel document that will be presented at check-in and security. TSA and airline name verification requirements are strict and non-negotiable.
  • Visa & Entry Requirements: Researching and obtaining all visas, entry permits, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required by your destination country and transit countries. TravelsNooz does not verify visa requirements and is not responsible for denied boarding due to missing entry documentation.
  • Check-In Compliance: Adhering to the airline's check-in deadlines, which vary by carrier, airport, and international vs. domestic routing. Most international flights require check-in at least 3 hours before departure; late check-in may result in denied boarding with no refund.
  • Baggage Policy Compliance: Reviewing the operating airline's baggage allowance for your specific fare class and paying any applicable checked bag or oversized baggage fees directly to the airline.

10. Prohibited Conduct

By using TravelsNooz services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information, travel document details, or payment information for the purpose of booking flights.
  • Attempting to book tickets using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or unauthorized payment credentials.
  • Purchasing airline tickets through our agency for the purpose of resale, ticket brokering, or any commercial use other than personal travel.
  • Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for a completed, valid transaction without first contacting TravelsNooz to attempt resolution through proper channels.
  • Using our services to circumvent airline policies, including but not limited to hidden city ticketing, back-to-back ticketing, or name harvesting for third-party resale.
  • Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing TravelsNooz agents or staff during telephone interactions.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund, permanent restriction from future services, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or airline fraud departments.

11. Limitation of Liability

TravelsNooz and World's Travel LLC act solely as booking intermediaries between travelers and airlines. We are not the operating carrier and have no control over airline operations, including but not limited to: flight delays, cancellations, diversions, overbooking decisions, equipment changes, crew shortages, air traffic control holds, weather events, or any other operational disruption. We are not liable for any loss, expense, inconvenience, or damage arising from airline operational decisions or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from or related to our booking services shall not exceed the total agency service fees actually paid by that customer in connection with the specific booking at issue. We expressly disclaim all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed events, accommodation costs, or any other expenses arising from flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. Our role is to facilitate bookings and advocate on your behalf โ€” ultimate operational responsibility rests with the operating airline.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of TravelsNooz services or these Terms shall first be submitted to informal resolution by contacting us at (866) 475-3414 or contact@travelssnooz.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly through direct communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days of notice, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration authority in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules, rather than in a court of law. By using our services, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this arbitration clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
